Order Processing

We process orders within 30-45 business days of receipt, and we will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed. The processing time and time of dispatch will be communicated at the time of the acceptance of the export order. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of shipping methods, including ground shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping location.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Ground shipping typically takes 10-12 business days, , while express shipping takes 5-8 business days. International shipping can take up to 1 week to 1 month depending on the port of arrival, depending on customs processing and may even take 1 week to 1 month depending on the port of arrival.. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unexpected events.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping location. The cost of shipping will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues and ensure that you receive your order in a timely and satisfactory manner.

International Orders

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for Aztec Expo:

At Aztec Expo, we take great pride in the quality of our furniture, home decor, lighting, and rug products and strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return or exchange policy.

Warranty:

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If a customer experiences a problem with their product due to a manufacturing defect, we will work with them to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or handling of the product.
